This week’s guest is Ben Curtis, who’s been a friend of mine for a long time. We met doing a play many years ago, but you may recognize him as the infamous “Dell Computer Dude”. He is an internationally recognized actor, musician, public speaker, mental health advocate, and life coach.

Ben teaches tools for self care, compassion, healing, and freedom and we invited him to come in as a guest teacher inside one of my programs to talk about the upside of stress. By bringing in experts like Ben, I’m always trying to expand the skills and the minds of my community and let me tell you, dude did not disappoint.
